I have had a hard last 2 years. From several insurance companies changing information to them collecting thousands for liability coverage that was originally full coverage. To service provider giving access to personal, email accounts illegaly also devices that were covered by assurance companies during Covid . But owners paid out of pocket to repair the device. This leading to several attempts of identity theft using protected biological information intrusted to Verizon and Samsung.

Its great, Verizon cant help you! Ive had several put on my phone! I wont use this phone anymore because they can get into evrything! Verizon acts like they have no idea what this is! LOL It's a verizon app?? Verizon, in my opinion SUCKS! CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT THEIR 1ST PRIORITY!
